  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Rub the mixture over the lamb chops, ensuring they are coated evenly.

  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.

  5. Transfer the seared lamb chops to a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
