How To Make Spiced Lamb Chops & Herb Salad

Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup fresh herbs (such as mint, parsley, and cilantro), chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb chops.

Drizzle olive oil over the lamb chops and rub to coat. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

While the lamb chops are cooking, prepare the herb salad by combining the salad greens, fresh herbs, red onion, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
