How To Make Easy Apricot-Glazed Salmon

This three-ingredient glazed salmon will be the star of the dinner table. The fish is brushed with apricot-mustard sauce, then baked until flaky.

  • 2tbspapricot preserves
  • 1tspspicy brown mustard
  • 32ozfresh salmon fillets,(4 fillets)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Mix apricot preserves with mustard.

  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush ½ of the apricot mixture over top.

  4. Bake on the top rack of the preheated oven for 16 minutes. Pull from the oven and brush with the remaining apricot mixture.

  5. Cook for about 2 more minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
