Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

  4. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets, covering them completely.

  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

  7. Serve the glazed salmon hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
