Delicious salmon fillets, marinated and glazed with a homemade teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour teriyaki sauce over them.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and glazed.

  5. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
