How To Make Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This baked teriyaki chicken is made with a savory teriyaki sauce, then cooked until deliciously tender. Whip this up for the perfect weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
- 1tbspcornstarch
- ¼cupwhite sugar
- ¼cupsoy sauce
- 2tbsprice wine vinegar
- ½tspgarlic powder,or 1 minced garlic clove
- ½tspground ginger
- 4chicken thighs,bone in, skin on
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large skillet, whisk together the cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

Turn on the heat to medium, then continue whisking for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Add the chicken thighs skin side down, then move the pan to the oven.
