Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 40 minutes
Total: 55 minutes

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  5. Sprinkle the walnuts and sage leaves over the chicken and squash.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the squash is tender.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
