  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken, rubbing it in to ensure it’s well coated.

  4. Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
