How To Make Baked Sea Bass Recipe

  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, lemon zest, and juice.

  3. Place the sea bass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Season fillets with salt and pepper then brush the herb mixture evenly over each fillet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the sea bass is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
