How To Make Smoked Mackerel Pâté with French Bread & Horseradish

Ingredients
- 200g smoked mackerel fillets
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- French bread slices, toasted
Instructions

Remove the skin and bones from the smoked mackerel fillets and place them in a food processor.

Add the cream cheese, minced garlic, horseradish sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the food processor.

Pulse the mixture until well combined and smooth.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Transfer the smoked mackerel pâté to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
