How To Make Mackerel with Caper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 mackerel fillets
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Caper Sauce:
- 2 tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

In a small bowl, mix together the caper sauce ingredients and set aside.

Season the mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.
