How To Make Mackerel Fillets with Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 mackerel fillets
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Season the mackerel fillets with salt and black pepper and place them in a baking dish.
