Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 4 tbsp of milk
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 4 tbsp of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives)
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet.

Crack 2 eggs into each of the ramekins.

Drizzle 1 tbsp of milk over each ramekin.

Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/8 tsp of black pepper over each ramekin.

Top each ramekin with 1 tbsp of chopped fresh herbs.

Bake the ramekins in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
