How To Make Baked Egg in Hash Brown Cups
Crispy hash brown cups filled with fluffy baked eggs make for a delicious and easy breakfast!

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded hash browns, thawed
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, mix together hash browns, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

Divide hash brown mixture into 4 muffin cups, pressing down and up the sides to form cups.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and crack an egg into each hash brown cup.

Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until egg whites are set.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from muffin cups.

Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
