Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 cups leftover lamb, chopped
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft.

Add garlic and minced ginger, cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the leftover lamb, water, and salt. Mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.
