How To Make Leftover Lamb Tacos

Delicious and easy to make tacos using leftover lamb.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shredded leftover lamb
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1/2 cup of diced onions
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 diced avocado
  • lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add shredded lamb. Cook until heated through.

  2. Add cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  3. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.

  4. Fill each taco shell with the lamb mixture and top with diced onions, cilantro, diced avocado, and a squeeze of lime.
