How To Make Spicy Vegetable Chapati Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 chapatis
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and peas)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of ginger, grated
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp of oil
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Heat the chapatis on a griddle or in a microwave.

Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling on each chapati and roll it up tightly.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
