Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the potatoes and toss again to coat.

  5. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the wedges are crispy and golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges.

  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
