  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the Brussels sprouts in a microwave-safe dish.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.

  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the Brussels sprouts and toss to evenly distribute the seasoning.

  4. Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap, leaving a small vent.

  5. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, then stir the Brussels sprouts.

  6. Microwave for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
