- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and dry the baby potatoes.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Toss the potatoes in the olive oil mixture until well coated.

Place the potatoes in a single layer on a sheet of aluminum foil.
