  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the watercress, cucumber, radishes, red onion, dill, and parsley.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
