Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the dried oregano, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute.

Add the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.

Serve the spicy pasta soup hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
