How To Make Kimchi, Cheese & Spring Onion Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup of kimchi, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any of your choice)
- 1/4 cup of chopped spring onions
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the chopped kimchi evenly across the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese and chopped spring onions on top of the kimchi.

Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pastry into a log. Seal the edge.

Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the pinwheels with the beaten egg to give them a nice golden color.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pinwheels are puffed up and golden brown.

Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
