How To Make Cider-braised Cabbage Wedges

- 1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add the cabbage wedges to the skillet and cook until slightly browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
