How To Make Polish Sausage and Apple Slaw Recipe
A savory and sweet salad perfect for autumn, combining the heat of Polish sausage with the crispness of fresh apples.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Polish sausage, sliced
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together both cabbages, apple, and carrots.
