  • 1 lb Polish sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together both cabbages, apple, and carrots.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together parsley, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add the cooked sausage to the cabbage mixture and drizzle the dressing over the top. Toss well to combine.

  5. Serve chilled.
