How To Make Sausages with Braised Cabbage & Caraway Recipe
This recipe features flavorful sausages served with braised cabbage and caraway seeds.

Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and cook until softened.

Add cabbage to the pan and season with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until cabbage is wilted.

In a separate pan, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through.

Serve the sausages on a bed of braised cabbage and caraway, and enjoy!
