How To Make Vegan Falafel Wrap Recipe
Spicy, vegan falafel stuffed inside whole wheat wrap with fresh veggies and hummus.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of chickpeas, drained
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp of flour
 - 1 tsp of cumin
 - 1 tsp of coriander
 - 1 tsp of paprika
 - 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 whole wheat wraps
 - 1/2 cup of hummus
 - 1/2 cup of chopped lettuce
 - 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
 - 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber
 - 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - 
In a food processor, pulse chickpeas, onion, garlic, flour, and spices until crumbly.
 - 
Form chickpea mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
 - 
Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
 - 
Warm whole wheat wraps in the oven.
 - 
Spread hummus on each wrap, add falafel balls, and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
 - 
Roll up tightly and enjoy!
