Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper, and brown in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
