Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
