  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until they are softened.

  3. Stir in the potatoes, carrot, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
