How To Make Gluten-Free Crock Pot BBQ Ribs

Tender and juicy ribs cooked to perfection in a tangy BBQ sauce.

  • 2 lbs of pork baby back ribs
  • 1 cup of gluten-free BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup of beef broth
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper


  1. Cut the pork ribs into individual portions and season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and minced garlic.

  3. Pour half of the BBQ sauce mixture into the crock pot.

  4. Layer the seasoned ribs in the crock pot and pour the remaining BBQ sauce mixture over them.

  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the ribs are tender and fully cooked.

  6. Once done, serve hot and enjoy!
