How To Make Gluten-Free Crock Pot Jambalaya Recipe
A delicious and spicy Creole style dish made with gluten-free ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup gluten-free chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken and sausage until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

Transfer the chicken and sausage to a crock pot.

Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Stir everything well.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 3 hours.

Stir in rice.

Cover and continue cooking for 1 hour or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.

Before serving, stir in chopped parsley.
