How To Make Pork & Apple Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 apple, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, grated apple, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape mixture into 4 patties.

Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Toast hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
