Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fish or chicken broth
- 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 cup diced cauliflower
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Add dried thyme, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another minute.

Pour in heavy cream and fish or chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

Add fish chunks and diced cauliflower. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the fish is fully cooked and the cauliflower is tender.
