How To Make Keto Fish Chowder Recipe

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fish or chicken broth
  • 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup diced cauliflower
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

  3. Add dried thyme, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another minute.

  4. Pour in heavy cream and fish or chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

  5. Add fish chunks and diced cauliflower. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the fish is fully cooked and the cauliflower is tender.

  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  7. Ladle the chowder into serving bowls. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
