  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt.

  3. Dredge catfish fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Add catfish fillets to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Transfer catfish fillets to a baking sheet and place in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked.

  7. Remove from oven and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
