  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

  3. Dip catfish fillets in beaten eggs then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Place fillets on a greased baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
