Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small lettuce cups
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

  2. On a baking sheet, season the fish with lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.

  4. Assemble the tacos by placing 1-2 strips of fish inside each lettuce cup.

  5. Top with shredded purple cabbage, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.

  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
