- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add ham, bell pepper, and onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Pour egg mixture over the sautéed veggies and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Cook for 5-6 minutes until the omelette sets.

Fold the omelette in half and serve hot.
