How To Make Fruit Mille Crepe

This Fruit Mille Crepe is a delightful no-bake cake that has crepes layered with a sweet cream made of cream cheese, and fruit slices in between!

Ingredients

For Crepe:

  • 1cupflour
  • cupsmilk
  • 2eggs
  • 1tbspbutter,melted
  • 2tbspsugar
  • 1pinchsalt

For Cream:

  • 6ozcream cheese,at room temperature
  • 2tbspsugar
  • 1tspgelatin
  • cupsheavy cream

For Topping:

  • 15strawberries,sliced
  • 2kiwis,sliced
  • 2bananas,sliced
  • powdered sugar,for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt.

  2. Sift in flour and mix. Add the melted butter and mix.

  3. Then gradually add the milk until no clumps remain.

  4. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, pour ¼ cup of crepe batter, and tip the pan in a circular motion to cover the entire bottom surface.

  5. Cook until the bottom surface of the crepe begins to brown, then flip.

  6. Repeat until all of the crepe batter is used. Cool the crepes.

  7. Combine the cream cheese and sugar, and whisk. Add the gelatin and whisk until smooth.

  8. Add the whipped cream and mix well.

  9. Stack the crepes on top of each other, with cream and fruits (strawberry, kiwi, banana) between each layer.

  10. Wrap cake in plastic.

  11. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

  12. Top with sifted powdered sugar, if desired.

  13. Enjoy!
