How To Make Easy Blueberry Muffins
Delicious homemade blueberry muffins that are quick and easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
