How To Make Crisp Chicken Burgers with Lemon Mayo
A delicious and crispy chicken burger with a tangy lemon mayo sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 slices of cheese
- Lemon Mayo:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Grill the chicken burgers for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the burgers are cooking, prepare the lemon mayo. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Spread the lemon mayo on the bottom halves of the toasted buns.

Place a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, chicken patty, and a slice of cheese on each bun.
