How To Make Thai Turkey Burgers
These Thai-inspired turkey burgers are packed with flavor and spice, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: sliced cucumber, lettuce, and sriracha mayo

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, green onions, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, fish sauce, red curry paste, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey burgers for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
