Ingredients

  • 16 button mushrooms
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chives, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.

  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are cooked and the filling is golden brown.

  6. Serve hot.
