  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out the pre-made pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, chives, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stir in the chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the quiche is golden brown and set in the center.

  7. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
