  • 16 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, caraway seeds, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.

  4. In a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Add the stuffed mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.

  6. Transfer the mushrooms to a baking pan and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the filling is heated through.

  7. Serve hot.
