How To Make Caraway and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, caraway seeds, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.

In a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the stuffed mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.
