How To Make Chive and Parmesan Popovers

These cheesy popovers are infused with the lovely flavors of chives and parmesan, perfect as a savory appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until fluffy.

  3. Add in the flour, parmesan cheese, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. Pour in the melted butter and mix again.

  5. Fill the muffin cups with the batter until about 2/3 full.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
