Ingredients

  • 8 oz. baby Bella mushrooms
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and brush caps with a damp cloth.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Fill each mushroom cap with filling mixture.

  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place stuffed mushrooms inside. Cook for 10-12 minutes until mushrooms are soft and filling is golden brown.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
