How To Make Morel Mushroom and Herb Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken breasts stuffed with flavorful morel mushrooms and herbs.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped morel mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped morel mushrooms, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast to create a space for the stuffing.

Stuff each chicken breast with a generous amount of the mushroom mixture, using toothpicks to secure if needed.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
