  • 1 cup dried plums
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine dried plums, almonds, honey, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Pulse until well combined and mixture forms a ball.

  2. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls using your hands.

  3. Place the sugar plums on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
