How To Make Chilli Salmon & Teriyaki Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

  5. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  6. In a large skillet, heat some sesame oil over medium heat. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

  7. Pour the remaining marinade over the noodles and toss to coat.

  8. Serve the teriyaki noodles topped with the baked salmon fillets.

  9. Garnish with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds.
