How To Make Rice Pudding & Spiced Plum Bake

Ingredients
- 1 cup of arborio rice
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp of ground nutmeg
- 4 plums, sliced
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp of ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a saucepan, combine the rice, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the rice is tender and the mixture is thickened.

Pour the rice pudding into a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, toss the sliced plums with the butter, brown sugar, ginger, and cloves.

Arrange the spiced plums on top of the rice pudding.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the plums are soft and caramelized.
